Food Attendant, Pampanga

The Service Crew member is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests at Kenny Rogers Roasters. This role includes taking orders, serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations in accordance with company standards.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments through the POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks following company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
• Refill beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support kitchen and other team members during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory checks and restocking supplies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
