Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Utility / Financial Account)


Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for Utility and Financial accounts. The ideal candidate should have prior BPO experience, strong communication skills, and be available to start immediately.


Qualifications

  • 1 year BPO experience (Utility or Financial account preferred)
  • Incoming 3rd year college or College Graduate
  • No back subjects
  • Must have ready-to-submit TOR and Diploma
  • Must have SSS Employment History available
  • Can start immediately


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information related to utility or financial services
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints within set timelines
  • Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality


Skills & Competencies

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment
  • Attention to detail and compliance awareness


Availability

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
  • Must be available for immediate onboarding
