? Job Role & Responsibilities
* Professionally manage and resolve high-volume inbound customer inquiries (via phone, chat, or email) in a timely and accurate manner.

Option A: High School Diploma holders with at least 6 months of BPO experience.

Option B: College Graduates (No experience required/Freshers welcome).
