Job Description:
The Owners Corporation Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations of owners corporation management. This role involves administrative coordination, client communication, and ensuring property maintenance and compliance requirements are met. Core responsibilities include:
- Issuing work orders for property maintenance
- Screening and managing the Managers incoming emails
- Managing essential service compliance
- Assisting with project management tasks
- Handling the main telephone line and client enquiries
- Drafting AGM agendas and assisting in budget preparation
- Working within Property IQ for reports, records, and management tasks
- Providing high-quality customer service to owners and committees
Work Schedule
- 10:00 AM 6:00 PM AEST
- Full-time employment
Qualification and requirements:
- A university qualification in Business or similar field
- Preferably Business, Bookkeeping, or Accounting
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Solid organizational and administrative capabilities
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Experience with Property IQ
