Responsibilities:
Operate backhoe for excavation, trenching, backfilling, and site clearing
Assist in utility and drainage works
Perform basic equipment checks & maintenance
Follow safety protocols and site instructions
Qualifications:
Experience operating backhoe in construction (preferred)
With valid license or HE operator certification (advantage)
With TESDA NCII (advantage)
Can work extended hours if required
