Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the trip operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products or services
Organize transportation schedules and routes for the movement of goods and materials
Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies and ensure timely ordering and replenishment as needed
Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and receipts, and ensure all documentation is properly prepared and processed
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure timely deliveries
Resolve any issues or delays related to shipments and deliveries, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
