Description
- Actively source, open, and develop new business accounts in Retail and Food Service (FS).
- Conduct market mapping and identify potential customers within the assigned areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and business plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and growth targets.
- Recommend and utilize tools of trade necessary to perform fieldwork efficiently.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel within BatZam & NeTa areas (Bataan, Zambales, Nueva Ecija & Tarlac).
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
