Construction Accountant (Xero), Pampanga

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter accounts payable invoices into Xero and match to POs/projects.
• Process accounts receivable invoices as instructed.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Allocate costs to correct projects and cost codes.
• Support ProjectPay workflows by uploading and matching invoices.
• Maintain supplier statements and support reconciliation of balances.
• Assist with month-end processes (basic accruals, reconciliations, schedules).

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Strong Xero experience is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple entities and currencies if required.
• Exceptional time management and verbal, and written communication skills.
• Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred.
• Can work under minimum supervision.
• Can work office based.
