Our membership program is available Australia-wide wide and we are expanding our events to bring our community together in every city possible. In this role, you will be the first point of contact that members and potential members have with our brand. Your role is to uphold Motor Cultures high standard of member satisfaction, transparency and communication. You do this by representing the brand and liaising with customers and businesses associated with Motor Culture through monitoring social media, phone calls and emails. Your role will also entail contacting past members to update them on our improved membership benefits and renew their membership with us.

Your role might also require attending events on weekends and supporting the member experience team, should we expect a high volume of enquiries on weekends.

You'll work alongside the Senior Member Experience Manager in order to consistently deliver an exceptional Member Experience to elevate the Motor Culture Australia brand with insights and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction
• Monitoring & Responding to Customer enquiries through all of our enquiry channels. (Phone/ Email/ Social Media)
• Monitor/ Respond to Facebook Messages and Comments daily
• Monitor/ Respond to Instagram Messages and Comments daily
• Monitor/ Respond to Emails and Phone Calls daily
• Customer Orders
• Shipping Gift Cards to winners
• Shipping Merchandise to winners
• Shipping Merchandise Orders
