Description

Coordinate with Logistics for the Operation of delivery trucks to transport and distribute ice products to customers, retailers, and partner establishments. Ensures accurate delivery of quantities listed on delivery orders.
Drives trucks safely following traffic rules, company policies, and industry standards. Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicleand its insulated or refrigerated compartmentsare in proper working condition.
Communicates professionally with customers, obtains delivery receipts, processes payments when required, and handles delivery documents accurately. Reports any customer concerns back to the operations team.
Performs basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, coolant, tires) and reports mechanical issues immediately to the chief mechanic or maintenance team. Coordinates with operations for route assignments and delivery schedules.
