Operations Manager, Pampanga

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of installation, maintenance, and network services. This role is responsible for managing technical teams, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations management, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Strong knowledge in Telecom Projects especially in OSP, ODN, SLI, IBS, OLT and HDD projects.
• People management and strong leadership skills.
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and action-orientated with a strong results and deliverables focus.
