  • Location: Apalit, Pampanga


Responsibilities:

Maintain all Electrical systems across the Plant (HV/MV/LV).

Implement Reliability Engineering practices such as Preventive & Predictive PM Programs, FMEA, Spares Management, Downtime Analysis, and RCAs.

Lead modification projects for reliability improvement and productivity initiatives.

Follow SHEQ practices; drive operational and reliability strategies in electrical equipment and devices.

Demonstrate proficiency in electrical systems such as substations, switch gears, motor control centers, single-phase and three-phase motors, and motor drivers (auto trans, RVAT, VFD, VSD, etc.).

Oversee operations and maintenance of related equipment.
