- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization of tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Recommend nail care treatments, products, and aftercare tips to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow company service protocols and safety standards.
- Assist in promoting salon services, packages, and retail products.
- Uphold the salons professional image and customer-first approach.
- At least High School Graduate or equivalent (TESDA certification is a plus).
- With experience in nail care services (manicure, pedicure, nail art, extensions, etc.).
- Knowledge of proper nail care techniques, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Patient, detail-oriented, and has a pleasing personality.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Can handle pressure and adapt to client demands.
- Professional, courteous, and service-oriented.
