• Record daily financial transactions using accounting software
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and disbursements
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain general ledgers and verify accuracy of journal entries
• Track expenses and audit receipts and invoices
• Assist in payroll processing and government remittances
• Support tax filings and external audits
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and standards

What to Expect at Work

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Attendance: Clock in via mobile app
• Workplace: Comfortable, air-conditioned office within a warehouse compound (shared amenities: coffee table, sink, comfort room)
• Lunch Break: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM (affordable nearby eateries available)
• Collaborative environment with independent workstations

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6months - 1yr+ proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential financial data
• preferably has motorcycle or car

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly Salary: Php 15,000.00
