Description

To be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
To talk to staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues, and replacing parts if required.
To provide technical assistance/support, including procedural documentation and relevant follow-up diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology
Must be knowledgeable in PHP and MySQL
At least 1 year of working experience in System Support/Programming
Skilled in system testing/debugging
Must be willing to travel
Resourcefulness ability to find solutions for every challenge
Flexibility can blend and work efficiently in a multi-cultural and multi-dimensional work environment with varying complexity
Leadership ability to guide others to achieve results and objectives
Project Management capacity to conceptualize and execute a project from start to finish
People Skills ability to mingle and work with people from different walks of life and different life perspectives
