• Responsible for performing in-store selling through knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Maintains efficient/effective customer service at all times.
• Gives pleasant/cheerful smiles to customers and greets them accordingly.
• Acknowledge the presence of customers; listen and pay attention to their needs.
• Attends to customer complaints with eagerness and understanding.
• Thanks the customer at the end of every transaction.
• Performs the following functions to attain the given sales quota:
• Attends and assists the customers in the selection and choice of merchandise style, color, or size.
• Directs the customers to the nearest counter for the payment of the merchandise.
• Replenishes stocks on display and ensures the availability of stocks in the selling area.
• Arranges display of stocks. Maintains good housekeeping through proper storage, cleanliness, and orderliness of the work area to ensure a systematic flow of work and prevent accidents.
• Adheres to the guidelines and policies relative to the stores campaign on customer service.
• Safeguards merchandise in his/her area from shoplifting, breakage, and damages.
• Assists in the periodic inventory taking of the department and branch as well.
• Maintains orderliness of work area to ensure the systematic flow of work; ensures proper storage and cleanliness as a preventive measure against fire or other accidents.
• Sees to it that all merchandise/items and other equipment in the selling area and those in his/her custody are well secured and accounted for.
• Ensure that merchandise is displayed according to the standards.
• Marks or re-tags price on merchandise during price mark-up or markdowns.
• Cleans and maintains display fixtures and equipment.
• May calculate sales discounts to determine the price.
• Maintains awareness of all promotions.
• Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals, and priorities assigned by store management.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Uphold merchandising including new items delivered and store cleanliness standards.
• Responsive of safety issues.
• Conscious of the shoplifting incident.
• Aid customers in locating merchandise in the store, as well as processing special orders.

• At least college undergraduate or college graduate
• with or without experience
• experience in sales is an advantage
• willing to be assigned in sm city pampanga
