QA Specialist, Pampanga

• Provide comprehensive assistance to the Quality Supervisor (QS Supervisor) to ensure that quality management systems are adhered to and operational processes are continuously improved.
• Assist the QS Supervisor in day-to-day tasks, reporting, and coordination with different departments or external stakeholders.
• Collaborate to ensure alignment between quality assurance activities and organizational goals.
• Support in managing quality control resources and handling any escalated quality-related issues or concerns.
• Ensure that the quality of products or services meets the required standards from both customers and suppliers.
• Review customer requirements and expectations related to quality standards to ensure alignment with delivery processes.
• Evaluate supplier performance by reviewing their quality metrics, product consistency, and adherence to agreed-upon standards.
• Carry out surveys or questionnaires to collect data on customer satisfaction and supplier performance.
• Analyze customer and supplier feedback to identify potential quality concerns and areas for improvement.
• Make quality-related requests or recommendations to suppliers based on the results of these surveys or assessments.
• Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying, managing, and consolidating actions aimed at enhancing quality standards and processes.
• Ensure that changes in processes or standards are effectively implemented and maintain compliance with quality expectations.
• Ensure that the quality studies, assessments, and reports are accurate, thorough, and aligned with company quality standards.
• Oversee and perform audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with established processes, systems, and product standards.
• Control the material quality, evaluates, monitor and improves incoming material.
• Control the product quality, investigate, evaluate & monitor the customer issues and improves the customer claims.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Industrial Engineering graduate or any 4-year course related
• Must have a work experience as an Auditor
• Licenses: ISO 9001, IAATF
• Has a strong leadership skills, Analytical skills and problem solving ability
• Good management skills
• Goal oriented and collaborative analytical thinking
