Our client is currently the leading paper manufacturer in the Philippines, providing the newsprint requirements of major local newspapers both broadsheets and tabloids. 

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

• Establish and lead an integrated HR Shared Services function for the entire group
• Standardize HR policies and processes across different business units while addressing specific needs
• Align HR strategy with overall business goals, including workforce planning and talent development
• Lead initiatives in organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement
• Oversee all core HR operations including recruitment, compensation, compliance, and labor relations
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions
• Recommend and implement a new HR system that seamlessly integrates with existing ERP platforms, optimize organizational structures, and lead the company through cultural transformation initiatives.
• Guide and develop the HR team across different companies within the group
• Support change management and culture-building programs across all levels
