Description
- Cyber threat prevention and response
- Initiate improvements, present them as cases to the business and see them through to delivery
- Liaise with and oversee contract IT administrators in remote countries
- Manage and maintain ChromeOS and Windows based endpoints
- Manage and maintain Google and Microsoft based users
- Manage and maintain physical network assets including routers / switches / access points / printers etc
- Oversee support level 1 staff and provide training to the team
- Stay up to date with and help implement regulatory responsibilities
- Stay up to date with and help implement security measures
