Market and generate loans based on assigned target market and bank's lending directions.
Evaluate clients' financial needs, validate business and financial statements, and prepare loan recommendations.
Ensure all credit information is gathered, risks assessed, and loan applications go through the proper approval process.
Oversee loan documentation, registration, and disbursement.
Continuously monitor loan accounts, ensuring timely repayments and account maintenance.
Identify early signs of problem loans and initiate appropriate remedial actions or restructuring.
Maintain up-to-date credit folders and transfer accounts to the Remedial Management Department (RMD) when needed for further action.
