Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and clerical support to the team and management

Manage schedules, appointments, and calendar coordination

Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files

Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents

Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and office activities

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally

Support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any related field
  • Experience in office administration, records management, and calendar scheduling
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work in various locations as needed
  • Must be a current resident of Metro Manila
