Description

A Sales Coordinator for Kiosk is responsible for assisting daily sales

operations, monitoring kiosk performance, coordinating with staff and clients,

and ensuring smooth business operations. The role includes handling sales

reports, inventory coordination, customer concerns, and supporting the sales

team to achieve company targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor daily kiosk sales operations and ensure smooth

workflow.

• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and

sales transactions.

• Coordinate with kiosk staff regarding schedules,

attendance, and operational concerns.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of

stocks.

• Ensure proper product display and cleanliness of the

kiosk area.

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and

management regarding product availability.

• Assist in implementing sales promotions and marketing

activities.

• Handle customer complaints and provide proper resolution

or escalation.

• Ensure all sales transactions are properly recorded and

documented.

• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and

company objectives.

• Monitor kiosk compliance with company policies and mall

regulations.

• Assist in preparing reports, permits, and operational

documents when required.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide

excellent customer service.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

or management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or

related course is an advantage.

• With experience in retail, kiosk operations, or sales

coordination.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledgeable in sales reporting and inventory

monitoring.

• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office

applications.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and

holidays if required.
