Aesthetic Beauty Manager, San Juan

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?

As our Aesthetic Beauty Manager, you will:

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise and train beauty and aesthetic staff
• Oversee client consultations, treatment quality, and satisfaction
• Coordinate with management for promotions, targets, and performance tracking

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Deep understanding of beauty and aesthetic treatments (facials, slimming, injectables, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Strategic thinking and a passion for driving business growth
• Eye for detail and commitment to luxury client care

MUST HAVES:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the aesthetic or beauty industry
• Background in derma clinic, salon, or medspa operations is highly preferred
• Knowledge of aesthetic machines, skincare products, and treatment protocols
• Confident in team supervision and client consultations
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
