Sales Executive with Interior Design background, San Juan

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with background in Interior Design to promote and sell architectural hardware products such as door hardware, cabinet fittings, locks, handles, hinges, and related architectural finishing products. The candidate must be knowledgeable in design applications, client coordination, and project-based selling for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

• Promote and sell architectural hardware products to architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Conduct product presentations and site/client visits.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable hardware specifications based on project requirements and design concepts.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, and warehouse teams regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Monitor project status and follow up sales opportunities from inquiry to closing.
• Attend bidding meetings, project coordination meetings, and product trainings when required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and generate new accounts/projects.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Keep updated with current architectural and interior design trends related to hardware and finishing materials.

• Graduate of Interior Design, Architecture, or any related course.
• Preferably with experience in architectural hardware, construction materials, or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge in architectural hardware specifications and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read plans and understand project requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and client visits.
