Operations and After Sales Technician, San Juan

Operations & After Sales Technician, to join and support our operations and after sales services. Who is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Companys after sales services. Responsible in warehousing and stock management, safety planning and coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for repair, trouble shooting and providing solutions for after sales.

Accurate counting of inventory stock as per Standard Operations Procedure (SOP).

Accountable in keeping a proper record of all loan set units and accessories.

Perform the checking of all stocks received and issued.

Ensure proper storage of all items with clear labeling and ease of retrieval.

Maintain good housekeeping practice by keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.

Ensure work environment is hazard free and abide by safety measures and practices.

Cycle -time in supporting service and repair activities.

Accounts all rental equipment and accessories, reporting on any missing or faulty items.

Regular weekly maintenance of charging equipment.

Ensure all safety planning and project coordination with third party installer.

Timely submission of Weekly Repair Status Report and Monthly Inventory report.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

Proven work experience as a technician or similar role, ability to do basic trouble shooting of walkie talkie or mobile phone.

Basic Knowledge on Level 1 and Level 2 repair.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

A team player and flexible to accept Ad hoc assignments and when is required to support the team.

Excellent health and safety knowledge.

Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
