Key Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
- Preferably with experience in purchasing, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledgeable in using computer systems and office applications.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities
- Process purchase requests and coordinate with suppliers for quotations and deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of stocks and materials.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving, storage, and issuance of items.
- Verify deliveries and ensure accuracy of purchase orders and inventory records.
- Assist in inventory counting and reconciliation activities.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing warehouse transactions.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of procurement and warehouse records.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding material requirements and deliveries.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
