Professional Qualifications

  • Compensation package starts at 20,000 plus incentives and allowances, commensurate to skills, experience, and sales-driven growth opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct field sales activities to promote company products and services to prospective clients and business partners.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other potential clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand market presence in assigned territories.

  • Present product features, benefits, and technical information to clients effectively and professionally.

  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and necessary documentation to support business transactions.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding client requirements, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, field activity updates, and performance evaluations for management review.

  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, product demonstrations, and field engagements.
