With experience as a Bartender (Japanese restaurant experience is a plus)

Knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology

Familiarity with Japanese drinks (sake, whisky, highballs) is preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Neat appearance and strong customer service attitude

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails, highballs, mocktails, etc.)

Recommend drinks that complement Japanese cuisine

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment

Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow safety standards

Engage with guests and provide a welcoming dining experience

Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth operations
