Audit Manager, San Juan

An Audit Manager oversees internal or external audit processes to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. This role leads audit teams, evaluates internal controls, and provides strategic recommendations to improve business operations.

What Youll Do:

• Oversee the full audit cycle, including risk and control management
• Review and assess accounting, financial, and operational controls
• Verify compliance with policies, regulations, and procedures
• Evaluate risk exposures and safeguard company assets
• Recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls
• Report findings and support executive decisionmaking

Minimum Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 3 years experience in auditing/accounting
• Trainings: Certified Internal Auditor, BIR Taxation
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, problemsolving, attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
