Description

Perform installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of biomedical and diagnostic equipment.
Provide technical training to clients and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Support business development through lead generation, client presentations, product demonstrations, and preparation of proposals and quotations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while collaborating with sales and technical teams to achieve service and sales targets.
Conduct site visits to troubleshoot and resolve equipment concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and related documentation.
And other tasks may be assigned to you from time to time.
Ad hoc Activities and Functions assigned and duly approved by the Management.
