Retail Sales Associate, San Juan

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
• Conduct product presentations and deliver compelling sales pitches
• Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Perform regular client visits and market research

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
• Minimum of 23 years of proven sales experience (preferably in B2B environment)
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Results-driven, highly professional, and self-motivated
• Experience in handling corporate or institutional clients is an advantage
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel when required
