Core Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Maintaining, updating, and auditing employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Payroll & Attendance: Tracking employee attendance, leave, and PTO, and assisting with payroll processing.
- Policy Support: Helping HR managers update and communicate company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Confidentiality: Strict discretion when handling sensitive employee data, salary details, and personal information.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and candidates.
- Organization: High attention to detail for managing files, scheduling, and ensuring accuracy in paperwork.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interpersonal Skills: Customer service orientation to handle employee issues with professionalism
