Core Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Confidentiality: Strict discretion when handling sensitive employee data, salary details, and personal information.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and candidates.
  • Organization: High attention to detail for managing files, scheduling, and ensuring accuracy in paperwork.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Customer service orientation to handle employee issues with professionalism
