1. Customer Assistance

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting the right product.
• Explain product features, materials, and writing performance.
• Demonstrate how to use fountain pens, converters, and ink cartridges.

2. Sales and Product Promotion

• Recommend suitable pens based on customer needs (students, professionals, collectors).
• Promote new arrivals, limited editions, and accessories.
• Achieve daily or monthly sales targets.

3. Product Knowledge

• Be knowledgeable about fountain pens, rollerballs, ballpoints, and inks.
• Explain differences between nib sizes, refills, and pen models.

4. Store Maintenance

• Ensure display counters and products are clean and organized.
• Replenish stock and arrange items properly.

6. Inventory Support

• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory.
• Assist during stock counting.

7. Customer Experience

• Provide excellent service and build customer relationships.
• Handle inquiries and basic complaints professionally.
