Sales Coordinator, San Juan

(ISR) Intelligence Surveillance, Reconnaissance Products, Inc. is an Electronic and Information Technology Company engaged in the importing, distribution, installation and after-sales servicing of electronic products and gadgets.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless sales operations and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales orders, processing quotes, and providing sales data analysis. *Key Responsibilities:*

1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales orders, processing quotes, and preparing sales reports.

2. Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.

4. Analyze sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to the sales team.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales history, and product knowledge.

7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

*Requirements:*

1. 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.

2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

*Nice to Have:*

1. Experience in the Store/Kiosk field sector.

2. Knowledge of sales principles and practices.

3. Certification in sales or a related field.
