Commis Wok/Chef, San Juan

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED COMMI WOK, who will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes in our bustling kitchen.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Asian-inspired dishes with a focus on wok-fried meals
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard, meeting our exacting quality and presentation requirements
• Assist with menu planning and development, contributing ideas for new and innovative dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef or equivalent role in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Passion for food and a creative flair for developing new culinary concepts
