Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients during scheduled appointments
• Help prepare gowns for fitting sessions
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in inquiries
• Track gown rentals, returns, and basic inventory updates
• Assist with simple shop coordination tasks as needed
