- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned locations
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and inventory efficiency
- Analyze financial reports and recommend strategies to improve margins
- Ensure adherence to pricing, promotions, and revenue targets
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and leadership teams
- Build high-performing teams and succession pipelines
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
- Foster a positive culture aligned with company values
- Ensure exceptional guest experience across all locations
- Address escalated customer concerns and implement service improvements
- Monitor customer feedback and develop action plans
- Execute company initiatives, marketing campaigns, and operational rollouts
- Identify opportunities for expansion and operational improvements
- Collaborate with support functions (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing)
