Duties and Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming phone calls and process orders received via Viber messages.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional support and solutions.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
