Junior Physio Coach, San Juan

You shall perform the following tasks:

1. CLIENT SERVICING: Perform studio-client relationship management efforts; Records and responds to client needs, suggestions/feedback, special requests, and complaints and timely endorses to the appropriate manager as needed. 

2. COACHING: Perform coaching services to clients as well as mentoring sessions for the team, as assigned by the direct supervisor whenever applicable.                                                                                                                                                                 

3. INQUIRIES MANAGEMENT: Answer all walk-in, landline, mobile, and e-mail client inquiries; Must be able to consistently provide up-to-date information on studio offerings, schedules, rates, and promos.

4. ADMINISTRATION: Ensure the timely, accurate, and proper records keeping for all clients handled.

5. SALES: Assists the branch team in sales generating efforts; Actively promotes studio promos, workshops, and events, encourages participation, and assists clients with registration.

6. MARKETING: Assists in in-studio and in-community sales & marketing efforts through appropriate interactions with prospective clients and through other duties as directed.

7. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT: Performs and complies with training and development assignments eg. case studies, trial clients, presentations, and other tasks as assigned.

8. General Housekeeping

9. Special branch-specific projects as assigned.

You shall also perform other tasks that are incidental or necessary for the accomplishment of the primary duties. You should be able to complete these properly before you are considered for regular employment.
