Warehouse Assistant, San Juan

Job Description

• oversees order processing and coordination
• ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely fulfillment of customers requirements
• Prepares and issues picklists t warehouse personnel for efficient order picking and dispatch operations
• Manage inventory through regular stock audits, system updates, reconcillation to maintain accuracy and availability
• Handles the inbound pocess including receiing, inspecting and recording incoming shipments to ensure proper storage and tracking
• Coordinates with 3PL warehouse providers to align warehouse operations with company standards and service level expectations.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

• The candidate must be at college level/a Bachelor Graduate/Graduate of Technical or Vocational Course or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years experience of the same field.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal, written and basic English comprehension.
• Willing to be assigned to our 3PL -WHISTLERFOODS CORP ( 21 Col. Bonny Serrano Ave, Cubao, Quezon City Metro Manila)
• Can Work from Monday- Saturday- Shifting schedule
• Can Start Immediately
