Responsible for purchasing materials, supplies, and services needed by the company at the best price and quality.

Job Requirements:

• College level or graduate (preferred)
• With or without experience
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Organized and detail-oriented

Job Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requests and purchase orders
• Coordinate with suppliers and request quotations
• Monitor deliveries and ensure timely receipt of items
• Check received items against purchase orders
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier files
• Coordinate with other departments for purchasing needs
