• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, answer inquiries, provide product info, offer solutions, and assist with purchasing decisions.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Identify leads, conduct demos, upsell/cross-sell, process transactions, meet quotas, and secure new business.
• Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products/services, promotions, and industry trends.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and loyalty.
• Store Operations (Retail): Keep sales floor stocked and organized, manage returns, and support inventory.
