Technical Installer, San Juan

The Technical Installer is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and basic maintenance of technical systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality and customer satisfaction.

Key Job Functions:

• Install, configure, and test technical equipment such as CCTV systems, alarms, access control systems, and related devices
• Conduct site inspections to determine installation requirements and layout plans
• Perform wiring, mounting, and cabling in accordance with safety and technical standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during and after installation
• Ensure all installations are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
• Provide basic system orientation to clients after installation
• Coordinate with supervisors, sales, and support teams regarding installation schedules and requirements
• Maintain proper documentation of installations, service reports, and checklists
• Observe safety protocols and proper use of tools and equipment
• Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance as needed
