Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns related to telecommunications services, and providing excellent customer support. The role requires clear communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with billing, account, and service-related concerns
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Document customer interactions properly
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior - High School Graduate
- College Graduate or Undergraduate (any course)
- With or without BPO work experience
- Open to newbies
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
