Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies / Administration/Management, Commerce or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • With strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Handle confidential documents and information
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks
  • Maintain office policies and procedures


SALARY RANGE: Php 18,000 Php22,000
