Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies / Administration/Management, Commerce or its equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- With strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle confidential documents and information
- Assist with onboarding of new employees
- Support other departments with administrative tasks
- Maintain office policies and procedures
SALARY RANGE: Php 18,000 Php22,000
