Sales and Marketing Officer, San Juan

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Marketing Assistant will act as point person for the brokers and sales team.
• Responsible to provide assistance during and after sales.
• Provides assistance in Broker's Accreditation thru site orientation and promos
• Prepares sales form and other relevant documents needed to fill out by the clients
• Assists brokers in project presentation and closing a sale
• Coordinates with Marketing department regarding viewing schedule and request viewing vehicle if needed
• Must be willing to do Sunday duty (Saturday off)

MUST HAVE

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Have background in customer service, sales and marketing, in house coordinator position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in a Real Estate /Property development will be an advantage
• Position is for permanent/full time position and must be available to start immediately
