Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform system upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Provide technical support to users onsite or remotely.
• Set up and manage network connections and security settings.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
• Ensure data backup and system security compliance.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• With NC2 certificate.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Knowledgeable in computers, gadgets, and other peripherals.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Physically fit.
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
