Visual Merchandiser, San Juan

The Visual Merchandiser will create an appealing, eye catching visual display inside the stores that will lead customers through the entire store. He/ She will determine, design and execute a creative visual merchandising strategy that will get buyer's attention and provide an excellent New Era experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts or equivalent
• Responsible for overall designing using visual design tool (Sketch up/Adobe Illustrator and etc.) for visual merchandising including window displays, in-store merchandising, point-of-sales displays.
• Develops unconventional designs in accordance with market trends
• Provide exceptional standards of visual excellence to each store.
• Develop guidelines in accordance with store's concept.
• Collaborating with other department to develop strategies to emphasize promotions and sales.
• Select source and obtain cost estimation for visual merchandising materials.
• Oversee the production of interior/window posters with suppliers and installation processes.
• Set-up an actual in-store and /or off-site display in all New Era shop nationwide.
