Retail Sales Associate, San Juan

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales by engaging with customers, promoting ISR products and services, and closing deals. This role plays a key part in achieving company sales targets and strengthening long-term client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively sell company products or services to potential and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Attend meetings, training, and trade shows as assigned.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and market trends.
• Assist in inventory tracking and report discrepancies when necessary.
• Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional strategies.
