Service Supervisor, San Juan

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Service Supervisor to lead mechanical and electrical maintenance teams. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring high service quality, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide service technicians in daily maintenance and repair tasks.
• Plan, monitor, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to service staff.
• Review service reports and manage spare parts inventory.
• Communicate with clients and management on service progress and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in maintenance planning and safety compliance.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for on-site training.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Able to work shifts or on-call if required.
